What makes us different?
All of our leaders are chosen for their experience, knowledge and professionalism. We make good use of our contacts with both the military and Mountain Rescue Organisations, in the belief that these leaders have honed their skills in some of the most harsh environments in the world. This means that everyone who experiences our adventures does so safe in the knowledge that they are in extremely good hands!

The view from the top
When I first decided that I would attempt to create a unique mountain sports company, I wanted to be able to offer a personalised, stimulating, professional service to all sorts of people; including those who might want to experience Scotland's breathtaking mountains for the first time and those who have done it a hundred times. Additionally I wanted to use professional, experienced leaders with a relaxed style. I feel that this aim has been achieved in Mountain and Glen and I'm immensely proud of the service we offer.
