Ben Nevis is 1344 metres, Scafell Pike is 978 metres and Mount Snowdon is 1085 metres; Would you accept the challenge of scaling the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours? You do the walking, we guide you, transport you, feed you, advise and encourage you!
Why choose Mountain and Glen? Because unlike some Three Peaks providers, we don't just transport you between mountains. We offer a professionally led, quality, personal service. Why? Because, quite simply, you have a greater chance of success in a group led by one of our Mountain leaders.

Duration: 2 days
Day One/Two - (All timings are flexible) After collection from Glasgow Airport or railway stations we aim to arrive in Fort William in time for a good night's sleep! After breakfast and a full safety briefing we head to Glen Nevis for the start of your Challenge, normally around 1200 hours. As you set off the stopwatch starts!. From here on in the timings will depend on your efforts on the mountains. Ben Nevis takes most teams around five hours. On completion we take a moment for some hot food and to make ourselves comfortable in the vehicle before heading to the Lake District for the second peak, Scafell Pike. This proves the most difficult phase as it will be ascended in the dark! Headtorches are a must as you follow your Mountain Leader up the rocky slopes to the summit. On return to the team transport, a cooked breakfast awaits. After a quick change we depart for Wales.
On arrival in Snowdonia we head through the Llanberis Pass to the foot of Mount Snowdon. This final leg will be completed in daylight. On completion the clock stops and you will be given your total time for the entire challenge. Successful teams will each receive a certificate of achievement before we head back to civilisation.
We normally advise teams to take the train home from Llandudno Junction railway station. For those wishing to stay the night locally accommodation can be arranged.

For reasons of safety the cost of all our Three Peaks Challenges include the services of one of our Mountain Leaders per team.
This is our premium service, suitable for teams of at least 4 people. What's the difference between this and our Open Three Peaks event? On this adventure your team will have the best chance of achieving a sub-24 hour time with your own dedicated vehicle and driver plus your own Mountain Leader, on a date to suit you. We take care of everything; we'll even pick you up from the airport! Why not get a group of your friends or colleagues together?
More than one team? We can provide multiple self-contained vehicles and create your own competitive event for you! We can include accommodation, onward transport, post-event presentations and corporate branding if required. Call the office on 0800 5870988 to discuss your requirements.
Our itinerary is completely flexible and we are happy to adjust any aspect to suit you. We are also happy to book accommodation on your behalf if required.
We have organised a number of Three Peaks training weekends in 2012 for teams requiring navigation coaching. These take place on the mountains in the challenge and are an excellent opportunity to assess your team and gain valuable knowledge from experienced Mountain Leaders. See the "Adventures" section for details.
