Snowdon
From Pen y Pass we head up the Pyg track, passing the towering outline of Crib Goch on our way to the summit. Stunning views await us before heading down the Miner's track, passing the shining waters of Glaslyn and Llyn Llydaw.

Duration: 1 day
0900, we assemble in the car park at Pen y Pass near Llanberis. (This car park fills up quickly in good weather but Buses run regularly through the Llanberis Pass from the car park at Nant Peris, where you can leave your car). After a safety brief and talk hrough the route we head off up the Pyg track, stopping along the way to enjoy the breathtaking views and perhaps take a few photographs for the folks back home! After enjoying lunch on the summit at 1085 metres we descend the mountain by a different route via the Miners track, back to the start at Pen y Pass.
